The "ABC" is Adam C. Brown. Over twenty-plus years at Rayonier, a global timber REIT, he grew from an applications developer into Director of IT — leading a 22-member department, a $10M budget, and operations spanning the U.S. and New Zealand, reporting to senior leadership and the board.

The throughline across every role has been the same: serving as the translator between what the business needs and what technology can actually deliver. That's bridging IT and the forestry and real-estate units as a relationship manager, consolidating five revenue systems into one, or steering a company through cloud, ERP, and AI transformations without losing the people along the way.
